Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Crown and Seal Notary Services, we take pride in providing professional, reliable, and efficient notarial services. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have established the following No Refund & Cancellation Policy:
1. No Refunds

All payments made for notary services, including but not limited to general notary work, loan signings, document authentication, and mobile notary services, are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for completed notarizations, regardless of changes in circumstances or dissatisfaction with the outcome of the document’s acceptance by third parties.

If a client fails to provide the necessary identification or documentation required for notarization, the service cannot be performed, and no refund will be issued.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment are non-refundable and will require full payment.

Missed appointments or late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes may be subject to cancellation at the notary's discretion, and no refund will be provided.

Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur an additional fee.
3. Mobile Notary & Travel Fees

Travel fees for mobile notary services are non-refundable, even if the notarization cannot be completed due to client error (e.g., incorrect or missing documents, lack of valid ID, signer unwilling to proceed).

If the notary arrives at the agreed location and is unable to perform the service due to the client’s failure to meet the necessary requirements, the full fee remains due.
4. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of an error made by Crown and Seal Notary Services, we will work to correct the mistake at no additional cost. However, this does not apply to errors resulting from client-provided information.

If the notary must cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the client will have the option to reschedule or receive a refund for any prepaid fees.
